Biblical Numerics

When we discuss the topic of biblical numerics we quicky see two meanings, the first is to the fact that numbers represent something, and are essential to good bible study, and the second, a deeper and more esoteric doctrine, of the numeric value of letters and how they contain biblical truth. im refering to the first one, that numbers in the bible are representative of something, and are important to know for good bible study. We are aware of this to a certain degree, I think that eveybody knows that the number 1 refers to God, because He is first, and that 7 is Gods perfection, but there is more, a lot more, and in fact those two numbers represent more as well, so without dragging this out i'll give a partial list of some numbers and their meanings. #1, God as first, unity, a new beginning: #2 union, two points of view, (toward the same thing), witnessing: #3 perfection, divine completeness, the manifestation of God: #4 creation, the world, creative works: # 5, Gods goodness: #6 man, mans weakness, sin, evil works: #7 Gods perfection, spiritual completeness, resurrection: #8 new birth, new beginning: #9 fruit of the spirit, divine completeness from God: #10 testimony, human responsibility: #11 disorder and judgement: #12 perfect government ( both in heaven and in the church) : #13 depravity and rebellion: #14 deliverance and salvation: #15 rest: #16 love: #17 victory: #18 bondage: #19 faith: #20 redemption: #21 the exceeding sinfullness of sin: #22 light; #23 death: #24 the priesthood: #25 repentance, forgivness: #26 the gospel of Christ: #27 preaching of the gospel: #28 eternal life: #29 departure: #30 blood, blood of Christ, dedication: #31 offspring: #32 covenant: #33 promise: #34 naming a son: #35 hope: #36 enemy: #37 the word of our Father: #38 slavery: #39 disease: #40 trails, probation, testing: This is just a partial list, to help you to get a deeper insight of what God is saying through His word.
